Attention iHealthMD patients: Please note that if you have been provided an imaging requisition for North Shore Medical Imaging, please have front desk fax it on your behalf.  You must contact North Shore Medical Imaging directly to schedule an appointment.

Procedures, GP Dermatology consults, PAP/IUD insertion and physical examinations can ONLY be booked with our front staff via phone!
If you are unable to book with your Family Doctor appointment on the same day or need more urgent appointment than schedule allows online, please use SAME DAY/WALK IN booking pathway OR call our front staff who would be happy to assist.
